
Women leading impact-driven, tech-enabled startups across Africa, the Middle East, and Pakistan are invited to apply for the Women in Tech Accelerator 2026 — an initiative by the Standard Chartered Foundation delivered in partnership with Village Capital and local implementing partners across 12 markets.
The Accelerator is designed to equip women-led startups with the skills, funding, and networks needed to build thriving, sustainable businesses. Village Capital partners with local implementing organisations in each market to ensure founders receive high-quality, locally tailored support throughout the programme.
Who Should Apply:
Women leading impact-creating, tech-enabled startups operating in any of the following markets in Africa: Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia
What Selected Startups Receive:
- Funding — Access to a share of over USD $600,000 in grant funding distributed annually across markets
- Peer Connections — Relationships with a wide network of mentors and industry leaders within relevant sectors
- Growth Support — Personalised development plans tailored to each entrepreneur’s specific needs
- Training — Investment-readiness training that refines business models and growth strategies
