AFRIKA KOMMT! is a prestigious fellowship programme that connects high-potential African professionals with leading German companies to foster inclusive business partnerships and long-term cooperation.
The programme offers a one-year career and leadership development experience in Germany, designed to equip young professionals with advanced management skills, international exposure, and cross-cultural competence. Through structured training and workplace integration, fellows gain the knowledge and networks required to contribute meaningfully to economic and social development in their home countries.
The fellowship is structured in three phases, combining language and intercultural preparation, professional placement within a German company, and continued alumni engagement.
Selected fellows will:

Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of an African country
- Hold a university degree
- Have 2–5 years of professional work experience
- Be under 35 years of age at the time of application
- Demonstrate strong English proficiency (German is an added advantage)
