Menterprise Africa, a dynamic and forward-thinking multimedia social enterprise, has officially been admitted into Uganda’s National Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) Hub in Kampala. The admission marks a key milestone in its mission to empower entrepreneurs and innovators in Uganda and across Africa.
The Director of Programmes, Strategy and Partnerships at Menterprise Africa, Miriam Ademun, described the admission to the Hub as “an exciting milestone” that will provide the organization with the resources, mentorship, and networks it needs to amplify its impact and create meaningful opportunities for the communities it serves.
“This collaboration places Menterprise Africa inside a treasure-trove of innovators, expert voices, and partners whose work we are eager to amplify through our multimedia platforms,” she explained. “It will also enable access to opportunities for digital training, mentorship, networking, and innovation resources for our target beneficiaries, thereby enabling them to create businesses, develop tech solutions, and engage meaningfully in Uganda’s and Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.”
The National ICT Hub, based at the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in the Kampala suburb of Nakawa, is a vibrant innovation ecosystem that supports startups and social ventures by providing workspace, mentorship, technical resources, and strategic networks.
Menterprise Africa’s inclusion in the hub will enable the organization to accelerate its

programmes, deepen collaborations, and scale its impact across digital and creative sectors in Uganda and beyond.
While at the ICT Hub, Menterprise Africa will benefit from ICT infrastructure and shared services available at the premises, as well as mentorship opportunities, professional talks, and business development advisory services.
“We provide a hub where innovators can access the necessary infrastructure, resources, and collaborative opportunities to thrive,” says a statement on the Hub’s website. “Currently, we accommodate a diverse range of innovators who are working together to create homegrown ICT solutions for Uganda.”
Menterprise Africa plans to leverage this new partnership to launch initiatives, workshops, and collaborative projects that strengthen the local innovation landscape and contribute to Uganda’s growing technology and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
