The Structural Transformation and Economic Growth (STEG) programme has announced its Sixth Call for Larger Research Grants (LRGs). These grants are designed to support ambitious research projects that investigate the dynamics of structural transformation and economic growth in low-income countries.
The funding is intended to empower researchers to conduct fieldwork, data collection, and policy-relevant studies that can contribute to both academic knowledge and practical policymaking.
Eligibility:
- Research must primarily focus on low-income countries.
- Studies on middle-income countries may be considered if they provide insights relevant to low-income growth.
- Both broad and narrow research questions are welcome.
- Multiple methodologies are acceptable, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed approaches.
