Founders and senior leaders of social impact organisations are invited to apply for the Global Good Fund Fellowship 2027 — a selective, 12-month hybrid programme investing in the leadership development of entrepreneurs working to solve the world’s most pressing social challenges.
The Fellowship brings together a global community of purpose-driven leaders across diverse ethnic, religious, economic, geographic, and gender backgrounds, united by a commitment to social impact and a readiness to be coached.
Who Should Apply:
The Fellowship is designed for founders and senior leaders of for-profit and non-profit social impact organisations. Ideal candidates:
- Hold a full-time leadership position — CEO, COO, CTO, CFO, Co-Founder, or Executive Director — at a social enterprise
- Lead an enterprise that has been operational for ideally two to five years
- Are scaling their organisation and seeking to develop their leadership capacity in tandem
- Possess a growth mindset and are eager to be coached and mentored
- Can fully commit to the 12-month hybrid programme
Eligibility Criteria:
- The enterprise has been in operation for a minimum of two years
- The enterprise employs a minimum of two full-time, paid employees
- The candidate holds a primary decision-making role at the organisation
- The candidate is committed full-time to running the enterprise
- The enterprise is mission-driven — with a clear social impact objective beyond profit
