Founders of post-MVP startups in Nigeria are invited to apply for the iDICE Startup Bridge Growth Lab 2026, a 12-week accelerator programme designed to help promising ventures scale, attract investment, and strengthen their business foundations.

Delivered under the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) programme, the Growth Lab combines mentorship, founder training, investor readiness support, and equity investment of up to US$100,000 for selected startups.

About the Programme

The iDICE Startup Bridge Growth Lab is built for founders who have moved beyond the idea stage and are now focused on scaling their businesses.

The programme helps startups refine their growth strategies, strengthen operations, improve financial planning, and prepare for external investment through a practical combination of virtual learning and in-person sessions in Lagos.

Only 12 startups will be selected through a competitive application process.

Programme Benefits

Selected startups will receive:

  • Equity investment of up to US$100,000 (provided in Nigerian Naira)
  • Opportunity to access up to US$250,000 in additional growth capital for outstanding performers
  • A 12-week accelerator programme
  • Business mentoring from experienced founders, operators, and investors
  • Investor readiness and pitch preparation
  • Two fully funded in-person programmes in Lagos
  • Access to the iDICE Startup Bridge ecosystem and investor network

The programme covers flights, accommodation, and meals for all required in-person sessions.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

  • Be a founder or co-founder of a digital or tech-enabled startup
  • Be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Have a product at the post-MVP stage
  • Demonstrate market validation through users, revenue, partnerships, pilots, or other traction
  • Operate in Nigeria or target the Nigerian market
  • Commit to the full 12-week hybrid programme
  • Be willing to accept equity investment under the programme terms

Investment Terms

Each selected startup receives:
