Organisations, social enterprises, entrepreneurs, and design-led initiatives creating positive social impact are invited to apply for the iF SOCIAL IMPACT PRIZE 2026. Organised by iF Design, the global programme recognises and supports projects that contribute to achieving one or more of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Successful projects will share EUR 100,000 in prize funding while gaining international recognition through the iF Design platform, helping amplify their work to a global audience of designers, innovators, organisations, and media.
About the Prize
The iF SOCIAL IMPACT PRIZE celebrates projects that demonstrate how design can address pressing social, environmental, and economic challenges. Beyond financial support, the prize provides global visibility for initiatives that are already creating measurable impact in their communities.
Unlike concept competitions, the prize is intended for projects that are already established and actively delivering results. Applicants are assessed not only on their social impact but also on the role design plays in developing and implementing their solution.
Applications are free of charge.
